  • CITEC's main reference are IVR systems supplied to Poste Italiane and Enel, the Call Centre systems for Sviluppo Italia, consumption certification systems for Acquedotto Pugliese, electronic stamps for INAIL, Vigili del Fuoco, Poligrafico dello Stato and University of Pisa, unclaimed mail control systems to SDA courrier, video surveillance systems supplied to Poste Italiane. CITEC integrates the most innovative technology in the implementation of new Contact Centres, even on existing infrastructures for a wide range of users, from the small and medium size companies to mission-critical, carrier-grade applications.



    For the Contact Centre platform, CITEC has broad expertise in voice technologies of Text Summaries Synthesis from Text (TTS), Voice Recognition (ASR) and Speaker Verification through which, applications are created, dictation or automatic interaction with independent voices from the speaker, and create Virtual Assistant applications that combine the Voice component with Video.



    In the area of IT, CITEC supports its customers on projects with Legacy Modernization, supplying professional services oriented to the migration of IT environments, from nearly obsolete due to more modern and current solutions. Furthermore, it supplies applications for Service Creation independent from the technology platform, that are able to standardise the use of IVR technologies and increase the productivity of multi-channel telephone applications.



    CITEC has a wide range of experience in planning devices requiring boht HW and SW designed to customer's specifications to be used in particular technical-applications environments with needs that are not met by standard systems existing in the market. In such cases, the technology for electronic stamps, consumption certification systems, stock systems with RFId i-standard surveillance systems are inserted.



    The collaboration of CITEC with two major players in the market - Loquendo™ and Nuance™ - for voice technologies goes back a long way. In the Contact Centre segment of the market, CITEC has reached an agreement with the American company Aspect, for which, it is the Italian distributor and competence centre reference. Furthermore, CITEC's VAR, from Voice Objects with a platform of Service Creation Environment and Envox for low-end Contact Centre solutions.



    Regarding integrated services and IT applications, we can mention the partnership with Bluephoenix for Legacy Migration and again Aspect for the Performance & WorkForce Management applications.



    For HiTech products, CITEC collaborates with Intermec handheld devices, Mobotix for video surveillance systems, Identec for RFId technology. All of CITEC's platforms are based on Intel and Sun computer systems.
