Italian CITEC Group signs agreement to offer next generation personalized phone self-service
VoiceObjects, the personalized phone self-service company, today announced the addition of CITEC S.p.A to their EMEA channel partners network. CITEC is a leading expert in the conception and development of integrated voice, data and image systems in Italy. With a reputation for excellence in the contact center market, CITEC has deployed numerous large-scale telecommunication projects at leading companies, including Telecom Italia, Wind, Vodafone and Albacom. The VAR partners agreement supports VoiceObjects’ strategy to further expand its footprint of cross-industry voice offerings for phone self-service environments within the EMEA region.
