Italian CITEC Group signs agreement to offer next generation personalized phone self-service

With a reputation for excellence in the contact center market, CITEC has deployed numerous large-scale telecommunication projects at leading companies, including Telecom Italia, Wind, Vodafone and Albacom. The VAR partners agreement supports VoiceObjects’ strategy to further expand its footprint of cross-industry voice offerings for phone self-service environments within the EMEA region.
