The computerized protocol, understood as all the technological resources needed for the creation of an automated system, that manages electronically document flows, has become a crucial need regulated by the law.
The current regulatory framework for the computerized management of administrative documentation gives our country an advantage, for the possibilities of innovation and improvement of Public Administration services and of companies, where innovation needs and particularly felt.
The development of tools, such as the electronic stamp and the computerized protocol integrated to the services of interoperability, make it possible to create a completely automated management of document flows and consequent ly carrying out of in-depth innovations in work methods, administration and the relationship between them and the citizens.
In particular, the systems of computerised protocol and the management of documents flow can become the tool that will allowpublic administrations and companies to be totally trasparent in dealing with the public; transparency intended as the true right of the citizen or company to know the status of any administrative requests and the guarantee that the activities are being conducted according to set priorities and maximum commitment.
CITEC's Electronic Stamp is particularly suited for all application related to the fulfilment of Public Administration and private companies, in regards of computerized protocol: it allows impressing on whatever format or surface – texts, graphics and bar codes generated by a peronal computer which it is connected, transforming manual protocol from manual to digital.
Small, light and manageable, CITEC’s Electronic Stamp is easy to use for any printing needs: with normal writing, double the height and width, with different print characters and graphics and the possibility to reproduce bar codes and (mechanical ) data processing. The stamp is allowed also on specific formats, without compromising the accuracy and legibility of the impression.
The Electronic Stamp for CITEC conforms to the D.P.R. 20 October 1998 n. 428 and consequent legislation AIPA.
